This Privacy Policy outlines the manner in which AdZap processes and safeguards information when you access our advertising platform. We maintain rigorous confidentiality standards and protect all user data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
2. Data Collection
We collect basic account details, business information, and advertising data that you provide. This encompasses contact details, campaign materials, and performance metrics from connected advertising accounts. Additionally, we gather standard usage analytics and device information necessary for platform operation.
3. Google Services (Drive & Analytics)
3.1 Data Accessed
When authorized, we access your Google Drive file metadata (file names, sizes, modification dates) and file content from files you select for advertising purposes. We also access Google Analytics data (event metrics, funnel data, UTM parameters) from properties you connect, solely to display performance insights within the platform.
3.2 Data Usage
We use this data solely to display available files for your selection in our ad creation interface, retrieve and process selected files for upload to Meta advertising platforms (Facebook and Instagram), temporarily store files during processing (maximum 24 hours), and generate ad assets as requested.
3.3 Data Storage & Protection
Selected files are securely encrypted during transfer and storage on our servers using industry-standard encryption protocols. All file data is automatically deleted from our systems within 24 hours of successful ad creation or immediately upon processing failure.
3.4 Data Sharing
Selected files are shared only with Meta advertising platforms (Facebook and Instagram) as part of your ad creation. We do not share Google Drive data with any other third parties or use it for purposes beyond ad creation.
3.5 Data Retention & Deletion
File metadata is retained for 30 days for technical support purposes, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion of any stored data by contacting us at [email protected] or through your account settings.
3.6 User Rights
You can revoke our access to your Google Drive at any time through your Google Account settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. You may also request a complete data export or deletion by contacting us.
3.7 Limited Use Disclosure
AdZap's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. For more information on how Google handles your data, see Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Data Processing
Your information enables us to deliver our advertising management services, process transactions, and maintain platform functionality. We utilize data to generate insights, provide support, and ensure service quality while implementing measures to protect against unauthorized access.
5. Data Sharing
We may share information with trusted service providers who assist in platform operations, subject to strict confidentiality requirements. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or to protect our rights and safety.
6. Connected Services
When you connect third-party services, we only access the data needed to deliver the relevant feature and nothing more. Stripe handles payment and subscription processing on our behalf; card details are processed directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Connected ad platforms, CRM tools, booking services, and file storage integrations are accessed only to provide the core features of AdZap, such as campaign management, performance reporting, and creative asset importing. Google Analytics data is accessed in read-only mode to display your performance metrics; we never modify your Analytics account. Google Drive is accessed only to retrieve files you explicitly select; we have no access to anything else in your Drive. PostHog data is accessed in read-only mode to display your event metrics; we also collect anonymised product usage data to help us improve the platform. Each connected service is governed by its own privacy policy, and you can disconnect any integration at any time from your account settings.
7. Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security protocols to safeguard your information. While we maintain robust protection measures, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Please contact us to exercise these rights or for any privacy-related inquiries.
9. Age Restrictions
Our platform is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals below this age threshold.
