Each ad creative you generate counts as one ad. A single campaign might use 10 ad variants — that's 10 ads against your monthly limit. Your count resets at the start of each billing cycle. You can check your usage at any time from your dashboard.
We'll send you an email notification when you reach 80% of your limit, and again when you hit 100%. Once the limit is reached, you won't be able to generate new ads until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. No ads are deleted — everything you've already created stays intact.
The Agency plan includes team collaboration features, allowing multiple users to access the same organization. Each team member needs their own login. Contact us if you need more detail on seat limits for your team size.
Yes. We're VAT-registered in the UK and issue full VAT invoices for every payment. Invoices are sent to your billing email automatically and are also available to download from your account settings.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
