Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 22, 2026

1. Our Commitment

AdZap is committed to making its platform accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We believe everyone has the right to use our advertising management tools with dignity and independence, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we design and build our product.

2. Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. AdZap is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, meaning some parts of the platform may not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively working to identify and resolve any gaps.

3. Measures We Take

To support accessibility, we build with semantic HTML and accessible component patterns, provide text alternatives for meaningful images, support keyboard navigation and visible focus states, aim for sufficient colour contrast, and design forms with clear labels and error messages. Accessibility considerations are included in our design and development process and reviewed as the platform evolves.

4. Compatibility

AdZap is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge) and to work with commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers and speech recognition software. The platform is best experienced on browsers updated within the last two years. Some functionality may depend on JavaScript being enabled.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. Certain data-dense views, interactive charts, and third-party embedded content (such as payment, scheduling, and analytics integrations) may not be fully accessible, as parts of these experiences are controlled by external providers. Where we identify a barrier, we prioritise a fix or provide an alternative way to complete the task.

6. Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of AdZap. If you encounter a barrier, need information in a different format, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five working days.

7. Assessment and Continuous Improvement

We assess the accessibility of AdZap through a combination of internal review, automated testing tools, and manual checks against WCAG 2.2 criteria. Accessibility is an ongoing commitment rather than a one-time effort, and we update this statement as the platform changes and improvements are made.
